Return & Refund
Langlasses devotes to offer high-quality, super affordable and fashionable glasses for you. It will go through many times of strict-quality inspection before shipping out. However, something unexpected may happen, which will lead to the defect in your glasses. Please feel free to contact our customer service, we will be certain to deal with it and give you a pleasant purchasing experience.
30-DAY EXCHAGE & REFUND
A.For any reason:
if you are not satisfied with your glasses, you may simply return them in their unworn, original case for:
1.an exchange pair, you will need to pay the shipping costs and price difference for the new product.
2.50% refund of the production cost (excluding the shipping fee) to the credit or debit card or PayPal account that you used on the order.
3.100% store points (excluding the shipping fee) on one time basis.
After verification, we will remake the glasses for you at no charge, or provide 100% refund to the original payment method, or 100% store points on one time basis.
1.Since they are custom made/ordered merchandise, contact us by phone or email at email@example.com within 30 days(from the date you received the glasses) about the refund or exchange or store points.
2.All returns need to be kept in their original packages(including eyeglasses, eyeglasses case, etc.) to ensure that they will not be crushed during transportation. You can keep other non-sale accessories as free gifts.
3.Securely package the returned items, leave a note including your name, order number and describe the returning reason.
4.We do not responsible for the return postage.
5.Each order is eligible for a one-time exchange.
6.Shipping your returns by a traceable method is recommended. Please send us the tracking number when you ship the glasses out to us.
Our 3-month warranty means customers are eligible for a one-time replacement frame within 90 days. A replacement frame will only be issued if there are clear defects in material and workmanship.
A.WITHIN ONE MONTH
We may ship a new frame at no additional charge
B.After 1 MONTH to 3 MONTHS
We may ship a new frame charging the customer 50% of the cost of the frame plus shipping fees
Note: This warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, negligence, or improper care.You can send us photos or videos for reference, pointing out the problem is appreciated.
